HELP: 'EchoClientEngine' is undefined

Hi Everyone

I have this small application that works fine in FF but seems to give this following issue...sometimes...I am guessing when its overloaded since we havent found any other causes as yet...

In IE it gives the error: 'EchoClientEngine' is undefined.

Have tried to see what that can be caused by in the forum but the entries are very old and I am almost 100% sure we have a later version from SVN of the echo 2.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance for all your help

Yupp...just when it starts...it either starts with the ||||| and then its fine or it goes to /// and hangs and then gives that issue..and the users cannot leave the app or the browser until they have killed the browser and cleaned the cache (for IE that is)

Hi,

We too are facing the same problem, the browser just hangs with no reponse. Once the user restarts the browser and clear the cache and retries, it seems to work fine.

Hi,

I too face the same problem. The browser hangs with the Javascript error 'EchoClientEngine' is undefined. Once the cache is cleared, it works fine. So i have to clear the cache every time I need to login to the application.
