Echo Web Framework

The vertical scroll offset in the Interactive TestApp works only when it is set to -1, so as to move the scollbar down to the bottom. It does not work for offset = 50, or 100. I have the same issue in my application, both with Echo2 and Echo3. However, when I do a browser refresh. It works, i.e. the scroll bar moves to the right offset. I seem to remember this issue being previously raised; apparently, it had something to do with the fireChangeEvent not issued.

Could this be fixed in time for the next beta or final release of Echo3 please ? Or alternatively, is there a way around it - for example, can I explictly fire a changeEvent or do the equivalent of a browser refresh from within ApplicationInstance ?
