Echo Web Framework

I read this article written by Brad Baker

I downloaded echopointng version 2.1.0rc5 release. In this release, there is no echopointtags.tld file, no JspTemplatePanel class, no HtmlTemplatePanel, nothing the article discusses is in the source, binary's, documentation, etc.

Am I missing something? Where are these cool features that I read about?? <_<
