Test Echo Application Changes To The Local Pc
I am an Oracle developer with knowledge of PL/SQL toolkit for building of Internet applications, Java language, JSP, JDeveloper, Oracle ADF.
I have a need to make modifications to code of an Echo application (adding 3 new fields from an Oracle database table). I am using Eclipse 3.0 with Echo 1.04 as plug-in.
I am new to these environements, and would like to know how I can test my modifications before I add the code back to CVS for deployment ?
A short structured set of steps on what to do will be appreciated.

Go to Eclipse Menu bar, click on 'Project' then on 'Open Project Overview'. In the menu, select under Launching' - 'Launch the application' or 'Launch the application in debug mode'
