Is there a list of changes since the latest v1.0 release? I've seen several changes in CVS but don't want to make a "cvs diff".

There have been some CVS changes since the final 1.x release. However they are unfnished so no gaurantees as to what they do.
They are basically how the code was left when I stopped 1.x development and made the decision to do only EPNG development.
